Return & Refund Policy for Lashes by Dyjonyal LLC

At Lashes by Dyjonyal LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality lash products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.



1. All Sales Are Final



We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.





2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To request a resolution, please email us at lashesbydyjonyal@protonmail.com with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • A description of the issue



If approved, we will offer one of the following:


  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • A store credit



We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.





3. Lost or Stolen Packages



Lashes by Dyjonyal LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.


If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.





4. Shipping Issues



Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.





5. Order Changes & Cancellations



Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.





6. Chargebacks & Disputes



By placing an order with Lashes by Dyjonyal LLC, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:


  • A ban from future purchases
  • Collection efforts for recovered funds
